For the first time ever, join me for a 4-hour workshop where you’ll learn simple hand-building techniques to create your own creature.
Design your piece: We’ll start by sketching your creature, drawing inspiration from forests, natural textures, and small objects.
Bring it to life: We’ll use simple sculpting techniques to create your guardian. You’ll work from a basic shape and add features, texture, and character. I’ll guide you through it all. The focus is on creating something expressive and personal, rather than something perfect. It’s a great chance to let your imagination out to play.
Materials and tools: We’ll work with high firing stoneware clay, natural pigments, and colourful engobes. All materials and tools are provided. Your piece will be fired and glazed after the workshop, ready to collect later. We’ll let you know when it’s ready!
The price includes tea, coffee and pastries.
